Installing the GMail extensionGmail extension allows you to see contacts from Valosan and pitch directly to them using content templates.
Valosan Gmail extension only supports desktop browsers and desktop Gmail in rich mode. Android or iOS Gmail apps are not supported. Plain HTML mode is not supported.
Supported Gmail settings
Please note that in order to function properly, Gmail must be configured. Here is a couple of settings you must set before you can use the Valosan Gmail extension:
- Language: English (UK), English (US) or Finnish (FI)
- Plain HTML mode is disabled
Running other extensions in the Gmail
Unfortunately, using both Valosan and another extension at the same time might be challenging, especially if both try to occupy the right side of the Gmail window.
You can hide Valosan temporarily by clicking on the Valosan badge at the right edge of the screen, or you can disable another extension by selecting "Turn off extension for this Gmail inbox" or in the Extension pane of your browser.
