You can add a pitching template to the campaign and automatically create an e-mail based on that template to journalists.

Replacements

You can add code replacements (merge tags) to pitch template, by using following code values:

• {{firstName}} - Will be replaced with contact first name
• {{lastName}} - Will be replaced with contact last name
• {{companyName}} - Will be replaced with contact media outlet name
• {{mediaName}} - Same as {{companyName}}
• {{embargoDate}} - Will be replaced with embargo date, as set in campaign settings.
