OKRs allow you to track your goals and see how your press relations have improved as compared to the previous campaigns or period of time.
Objective
Set a simple description of the goal you want to achieve with this campaign.
Key result(s)
Define one or more key results during the campaign. Type of results supported right now:
- Responses: How many journalists responded to your campaign when you do pitching. This is tracked automatically when you receive replies in the Gmail Extension (see
GMail Extension introduction). NOTE: You can only define one result of this type.
- Publications: How many articles were published after your campaign. To track this, you need to add publications on the Reporting tab of the campaign. Make sure to select result for every publication.
- Yes/No (manual): Allows you to manually set Yes if that goal is reached. It will appear on the report as Yes with a description
- Number (manual): Allows you to manually set any numeric value and show it in the report.
- Text (manual): Enter any value (Markdown format supported) to show in the report along with the description

OKR score tracking
Valosan allows you to track the progress of your PR activities using an overall metric, known as the OKR score (Read more here). All account-level (or campaign-level) key results are combined, using an optional weight value to produce a single score of your progress
Adding publication to the campaign and selecting the key result from the campaign or the account
You can define multiple results of this type, for example, “International media”, “Finnish media”, and “Top tier”, etc.
OKR Reporting
You can add objective, OKR score, and individual key results as cards to the summary section of the campaign or account report.
