Quick start in Valosan
- Check your inbox! You should have a shiny new invite in your mail, which will get you up to speed. Invite code is personal for you to join Valosan. Once you join, you can invite new members to your team from the app.
- Open https://app.valosan.com and login, enter invite code during on-boarding
- Create your new company
- Invite your colleagues to Valosan
- Check the demo campaign to see how things are done in Valosan
- Create a new campaign, and set the embargo date properly.
- Install Gmail extension (check it out in Chrome Web store here)
- Connect Gmail extension with Valosan (follow prompts in the extension)
- Pitch to your contacts from the campaign
- Send follow up messages to those you haven't replied.
- Send press releases to journalists who agreed to publish your story
- On an embargo date, send a press release to main contacts using send-outs, to reach a broader audience
- On an embargo date and beyond, look for publications and add them to Valosan
What free trial invite gives you
After login-in and creating a new company, you can see the following:
- Demo campaigns which you can view, with contacts and media hits
- Create a new campaign with a sample pitch, follow up message and press release already set for you.
- Pitch to journalists using media list created by you

This list shows how to organize your contacts for pitching (VIP) and sending the press releases (Main). Also, this media list is available in the demo campaign you can see in the Valosan.

Example press release template. You can use it to create your own press release. Do not forget to add a media kit on Google Drive with all relevant resources for journalists to use!

Sample pitch message you can use. Make sure to personalize it based on journalist interests and recent stories published. Subject:
